Can I use this video card?

I'm thinking of buying the SAPPHIRE HD 3850 512MB GDDR3 AGP card for my system and I see you need a 450 Watt or greater power supply with 30 Amps on 12 volt with 2x4 power connector recommended. I have a 460 Watt power supply but I'm not sure what the rest of that stuff means. The model # for my power supply from dell is NPS460BB. Would I be ok using this card?
