I have black hair, I never colored my hair. The only styling product I use is flat iron Iwant some highlights.?

I want to use Loreal Couleur Experte 3.5 chocolate mousse highlight kit, or Garnier highlight kit "H3 - Warm Bronze(Cookies 'N Cream)", which is better and easy & save to use, any suggestions ?????
