Would I be in trouble if I sent a bort diamond out of the USA in order to attract the best of the best to come

I am only one voice who believes our country would be complete with the marketing arm of De Beers to establish a mining operation here in the USA. It would establish better security to our country . The US goverenment would happily be making a fourtune on just the taxes diamonds produce to sponser better education for our children . less overall unemployment, to help the poor , to reinforce our military . I honestly think It would be one major et to our economy as a whole. One last thing they couldnt give De Beers a hard time anymore are arms would be joined to be a stronghold and a blessing to all the nations .
