When talking about your baby shower, when someone asks you what you need or want, how do you reply?

Like for instance, someone told me they were coming to my shower and then asked me what I need or want and still haven't got. Do you list some things, or just say oh I don't know and kind of blow it off. I hate getting asked this question. I want to say well go look at my registry...lol! I kind of feel improper for listing things like I'm being greedy or something.
