Please rate and fix my blackwing deck?

Seems good, but you are overdoing the blackwing theme. I would suggest taking some copies out and put in some support cards like Breaker or Spirit reaper and Dust Tornado. Also, keep up to date with the ban list to help modify your deck. And yes, Plaugespreader will help out alot.
