Which civilization was this: Mayans, Aztecs, or Incas?

There is a picture of a circle and in the middle is the square and close to the square is the Cathedrals and then the shops and palaces. Farther from the center of the circle is the residences of the poorer people and at the far end is the fields to grow crops. Is this the Mayans, Aztecs, or Incas city? I think it's Aztecs and the city is Tenochtitlan.
