I have a black templars warhammer 40k army list. But I dunt know how well its gonna work.?

Okay, this is 1 500 points, I have 2, 5 man initiate squads, emperors champion, 3 dreadnoughts with multi meltas, that are being dropped by drop pod. I also have my command squad, where my guys have furious charge, armor save 2+ storm shields. theres 8 guys in there, they all got terminator honors equaling 27 power weapon attacks on the charge. i also have my chaplain and marshal in that squad, with 9 power weapon attacks together, they both have artificer armour confirming their 2 + save. I was wondering how well this would work.
