Have you ever met a guy who didn't like to be touched...?

I think my guy friend like hates being touched. I mean because I have seen other guys at school be totally ok with girls pulling up there shirts to look at there stomachs, hugging girls... But my guy friend never wants anyone to look at his stomach haha and dosen't like to give hugs (you hug him he just kind of stands there). He would hate it when me any my friend would touch his hair to bug him or try to write on him to bug him. Hes told me before that he hates when he sees people pda (public displays of affection) too. Cause some of the couples in my cl can get pretty close sometimes and he will be like eew they need to stop the pda. Oh yeah and he is always getting hand sanitizer, he seems like somewhat of a germaphobe to me. Don't say he is gay either cause hes not. I dk have you ever met a guy like this?? Thanks!!
