What movie is it?

Years ago my sister and I watched a movie that has haunted us since then. It was a scary movie that had a felix the cat clock that they showed over and over. A woman was killed in a gl shower because she could not get out, and there was bars on the window of the house so that when it burned down a little boy could not get out. Does anyone have any idea what movie this is? Thanks
