Had bottom wisdom teeth removed...are my symptoms normal?

I had them removed 9 days ago. About four days after the surgery I developed congestion in my sinuses. I also developed a scratchy throat and earache. Last night I noticed when I cough all of the sudden my chest and upper back hurts. I'm still congested, although not as badly. My incisions healed, I have no more pain there, and I don't have a fever. I was just wondering if I should be worried or if this is all normal. It feels a lot like allergy problems especially since yesterday I had a flare up where I got an itchy bump on my eyelid and my eyelid swelled a bit. I don't feel sick enough to go to emergency...should I not worry? Is it maybe just a cold? Is any of this normal?
