How are you supposed to dance to music like bullet for my valentine?

im going to a three days grace concert and bullet for my valentine and i have no idea how to dance. i went to a disturbed and korn concert but i just stood there while one of my guy friends thought i wasn't having but really i just didn't know what to do without looking like an idiot.
