Is the new movie Brothers an exact remake of this Danish flic with Connie Nielsen?

The Danish movie is probably 3-4 years old, starring Connie Nielsen and its about a Danish Army officer who gets captured by the Iraqis or Taliban and his younger brother helps his wife and daughters cope. The officer returns and has PTSD and at the end tries to commit suicide thinking his wife cheated on him with his brother, since one of his young daughters blurts it out at dinner.
