Julius peppers and LT with the bears?

It could definitely happen because Cutler is a win now quarterback, the problem is they lack offensive weapons and their defense is not what it was a few years ago. If they are willing to spend the money and get Peppers and LT than they will def be in the playoff picture. However Wide Receiver and Defensive Backs are also weak spots, and without signing anyone at those positions they won't make the playoffs
