well .. in case of severe conditions when no other option is available, pork is allowed to be consumed for survival in Islam .. just fyi. And making him watch twin towers collapse will probably give him pleasure to see his handiwork go so smoothly. The court should just do its duty and put forth their decision whatever it might be just like any normal case.
