Who is the Caliph that God means in the verse 2:30 ?

here it means ..REPRESENTATIVE of GOD ..on earth ....to act as holy prophet ...imam ...leader of humanity....having full delegations ...of powers ...from GOD..... and angels also surprised ...but holy adam gave logic answers ......but shytan due to his greed/ selfishness ....forgotten his own creation ......and disrespected holy adam ..refused to accept holy adam as his imam/leader..............competent AUTHORITY can appoint anyone as HIS representative....anywhere.
